Cancellation Policy
Cancellations or reschedules with more than 48 hours' notice are eligible for a full refund or can be rebooked at no additional cost. Cancellations made within 48 hours of the appointment, or no-shows, are non-refundable. Rescheduling within this window may be offered at our discretion, depending on availability.
