Cancellation Policy
Cancellations or reschedules with more than 48 hours' notice are eligible for a full refund or can be rebooked at no additional cost. Cancellations made within 48 hours of the appointment, or no-shows, are non-refundable. Rescheduling within this window may be offered at our discretion, depending on availability. We appreciate your understanding and encourage you to get in touch as early as possible if your plans change.
