Service Description
This booking secures your first consultation and includes the full cost of the 5-session Design & Guidance package, complete with a personalised forest design, management manual, and children's book. After this session, we’ll schedule the remaining four together. Includes: • 5x 1-hour video sessions • Personalised forest design • Management manual • The Tree that Grew the Forest. Illustrated children's book by Frida Keegan • Plant sourcing + propagation guidance
Cancellation Policy
When you book your initial appointment, you're securing your place in the full package, which includes all sessions, materials, and resources outlined. Cancellations or reschedules made more than 48 hours before the initial appointment are eligible for a full refund or can be rebooked at no cost. Cancellations made within 48 hours of the appointment or no-shows will result in the session being counted as completed and cannot be refunded. If you choose to cancel the full package after missing the initial appointment, you will receive a partial refund, with the missed session value of $90 deducted from the total package price. We understand that life happens, and we’re always happy to discuss rescheduling if possible — just reach out as early as you can.
